As a 1st time home buyer we wanted to make sure the home we found was going to be the best one for us. A few months ago Lisa assisted us in just that. We told her what we were looking for and what type of area we wanted. When it was all said and done we looked at over 30 houses. She never made us feel like we were a business transaction. We looked at each house and never felt "rushed" so she could make a sale. Lisa even went as far as checking out the area before we went to go see a house because she knew what we were looking for. I enjoyed the opportunity, though long and exhaustive, we had while looking for our home. Lisa did a great job. Just a note to say "Happy New Year" and to thank you again for your diligence in our search for the "perfect" piece of property.
I know a couple, who may be in the market soon for some property of a pre-existing home. They currently own a nice home in Arlington, but are looking for something a little more quiet. They live within a mile north of the railroad tracks that cross Arlington (east-west) and are kept up at night by the horns of passing trains.
