And we're very proud of that. Why? Because the average agent only sells about 60% of their listings. We like think of it in terms of a failure rate. The average agent fails to sell 4x as many homes as we do. They fail to sell around 40% of their homes, and we fail only 10% of the time.

These results were based on a statistical sample taken from the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS MLS) on 2/23/2008 representing home sales over the previous 1 year period. Brokerages included in the sample were: Ebby Halliday, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, Prudential, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and several independent brokers. The best performing franchise sold 66% of their listings.
